About
The Temekunga Farms was founded by Daniela Juri in 2024. A lifelong horsewoman, Daniela has experienced firsthand the profound therapeutic impact horses can have on emotional well-being. Her passion led her to volunteer with multiple therapeutic riding programs and pursue specialized training through the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International. Daniela also completed the Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Horse Therapy Training Program in Hamilton, Ohio, following their comprehensive standards for safe and compassionate equine therapy work.

At Temekunga Farms, we are proud members of and certified by the Miniature Equine Therapy Standards Association (METSA)and of the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA).

All horses are current on veterinary care and meticulously groomed before any visit or session. Our miniature therapy horses undergo a rigorous training and certification process before participating in any visits. For indoor sessions, our miniature therapy horses are outfitted with bun bags and non-slip hoof wraps to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Whether working with our full-sized or miniature therapy horses, we are fully insured and committed to providing safe, professional, and deeply healing experiences for every individual we serve.
