About the event
Somatic Experience with Horses is an embodied workshop designed to help participants reconnect with their inner selves through the grounded presence of horses. In a calm, natural setting, you'll engage in mindful, nonverbal interactions that foster body awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance. Horses respond authentically to our internal states, offering real-time feedback that gently guides you toward deeper alignment, safety, and self-trust.
The experiential session lasts 90 minutes, followed by an invitation to stay and enjoy a taste of the land, featuring small bites, local flavors, and heartfelt conversation as we gather in community around the table.
